Vocal Production	Superior Vocal production is always engaged and energetic. Student sets an example for classmates by taking risks, always taking guidance from the teacher. An excellent leader.	Excellent Vocal production is almost always engaged and energetic. Student often takes risks and almost always takes guidance from teacher.	Good Vocal production is usually engaged and energetic. Student usually takes guidance from teacher and sometimes takes risks.	Fair Vocal production is often lazy, thought student sometimes makes an effort to be involved but often needs to be asked to be more engaged and present.	Poor Vocal production is lazy and student is not making an effort to be involved.
Pitch	Superior Student consistently displays a good sense of pitch, being able to sing on pitch and discern when he/she is not. Student is always giving their best effort and helping peers who may be struggling.	Excellent Student usually displays a good sense of pitch, and is usually able to sing on pitch and discern when they are not. Almost always giving their strongest effort and attention.	Good Even if student sometimes has a challenge matching the pitch, they are listening, often giving effort.	Fair Student rarely makes an effort to sing the correct pitch.
