Information is confusing or difficult to decipher and read.

Information is clear but may not be easy to read or process.

Information is presented in a clear manner and on topic assigned. Easy to understand.

Voice is too low and it is difficult to hear them. Never maintains eye contact with audience reading from paper entire time.

Voice is medium and some information is lost. Occasionally glances up at the audience.

Voice is at an appropriate volume and easy to understand from the back of the room. Always maintains good eye contact demonstrating preparedness and confidence to the audience.
