Student materials	Poor Everything hidden - students have no access.	Fair Materials in middle of room, not clearly marked or controlled.	Good Materials neatly marked, in a consistent place within view of all.
Use of rubrics	Poor No rubric in view, no hint of what teacher expects.	Fair Generic rubric posted, but not for any specific assignmnet.	Good Rubric clearly displayed for the specific assignment.
