Powerpoint	0 Not well developed.	1-2 Clear info. but not well developed.	3-4 Adequate, clear, and visually developed.	5-6 Well laid out for clarity and visual effect.	7-8 An excellent lay out. Clarity and visually effective beyond expectation.
Invention	0 The invention isn't practical.	1-2 The invention is somewhat useful.	3-4 The invention is worthy of consideration.	5-6 The invention will be a great improvement.	7-8 The invention will change the world as we know it.
