Paper Tower Team Building Newspaper Tower Build the highest possible tower that can withstand the most wind using the lease possible amount of material. Please note: You can only use paper and masking tape and will have a limited time (1 period) to build the tower. Tower Planning Process	Level 1 Students did not use active problem solving skills to plan the tower build	Level 2 Students used problem solving skills to help them determine a design but struggled applying skills to the build.	Level 3 Students used problem solving skills to help them determine a design and applied the skills to building the tower with limited struggling or help from instructor.	level 4 Students used problem solving skills to help them determine a design. The students were able to apply the problem solving skills used to build the structure without aid from others.
