Newspaper Tower Paper Tower Build the highest possible tower that can withstand the most wind using the lease possible amount of material. Please note: You can only use newspaper and masking tape and will have a limited time (1 period) to build the tower. Tower Planning Process	Level 1 Students used the Engineering Design process to help them determine a design. Research was poorly done and not documented.
