Good Restaurant name and address are in French and displayed in a way that is neat and attractive to the customer.	Excellent Restaurant name and address are in French. They are displayed in a way that is neat, creative and attractive to the customer.
Menu Sections	Poor Menu has fewer than 4 sections.	Fair Menu has 4 sections with 2 or more entries, however descriptions are missing and/or they are not labelled correctly.	Good Menu has 4 sections with 2 or more entries and appropriate descriptions that are clearly and correctly labelled.	Excellent Menu has 4 or more sections with 2 or more entries and appropriate descriptions that are clearly and correctly labelled.
Pictures	Poor No pictures are included in the menu.	Fair 4 or fewer pictures are included in the menu, however they are not attractively presented.
