Organization	Poor Audience cannot understand presentation because there is no sequence of information.	Fair Audience has difficulty following presentation because student jumps around.	Good Student presents information in logical sequence which audience can follow. Time constraints followed.	Excellent Student presents information in logical, interesting sequence which audience can follow. Time constraints followed.
Content	Poor Content is weak. Facts are inaccurate. Student should have research in more depth.	Fair Student is uncomfortable with information and is able to answer only rudimentary questions.	Good Student is at ease with expected answers to all questions, but fails to elaborate.	Excellent Student demonstrates full knowledge (more than required) by answering all class questions with explanations and elaboration.
Text and Graphics	Poor Student uses poor graphics or no graphics	Fair Student occasionally uses graphics that rarely support text and presentation.	Good Student's graphics relate to text and presentation.	Excellent Student's graphics explain and reinforce screen text and presentation.
Grammar and Mechanics	Poor Student's presentation has four or more spelling errors and/or grammatical errors.	Fair Presentation has three misspellings and/or grammatical errors.	Good Presentation has no more than two misspellings and/or grammatical errors.	Excellent Presentation has no misspellings or grammatical errors.
Eye Contact	Poor Student reads all of report with no eye contact.	Fair Student occasionally uses eye contact, but still reads most of report.	Good Student maintains eye contact most of the time but frequently returns to notes.	Excellent Student maintains eye contact with audience, seldom returning to notes.
Volume and Clarity	Poor Student mumbles, incorrectly pronounces terms, and speaks too quietly for students in the back of class to hear.	Fair Student's voice is low. Student incorrectly pronounces terms. Audience members have difficulty hearing presentation.	Good Student's voice is clear. Student pronounces most words correctly. Most audience members can hear presentation.	Excellent Student uses a clear voice and correct, precise pronunciation of terms. Student is enthusastic.
Script	Poor No script or not readable.	Fair Particial scritp turned into teacher or barely readable.	Good Script is complete but not easily read or followed.	Excellent Script is complete and followed and turned into the teacher and completely readable.
