Vowel Worksheet	Poor Does not participate	Fair The student partially completes the worksheet, or answers are not correct.	Good Completes the worksheet with all answers accurate.
Sentence Structure	Poor Does not participate	Fair The student partially constructs a sentence but is incomplete. Less than 3 vowels are used.	Good Completes the sentence structure and uses at least 6 or more vowels.
Alphabet Macaroni	Poor Does not participate	Fair Participates with 50% accuracy.	Good Words are constructed. Vowels are placed correctly to spell word and spelling is accurate.
Internet site: Phonics	Poor Does not participate	Fair The student partially completes assignment. Does not get all questions on internet game correctly.	Good Completes the assignment and answers all questions correctly.
Cut-out Vowels and Partner match-up	Poor Does not participate	Fair The student's cut out vowel letters are messy and hard to understand. Letter is not taped to shirt. Did not find vowel partner in the classroom.	Good Vowel letters are properly cut out. Easy to understand what letter it is and is taped onto the shirt.
