Developmental Model Rubric
There are many special areas in which school counselors are involved. There are many special topics that come to counselors’ attention. Select one (from the syllabus, the text, or any other source) and propose a developmental program to address the matter. The program should include a research-based curriculum along with an individual counseling theory-based approach. You should use data to show if your program is successful. You should describe how you will implement your program and involve all stakeholders if possible. Your paper should be between 5 and 7 pages in length. You will be graded on your paper and your presentation of the project to the class. The presentation should be about 15 minutes in length.
