Student was cooperative and beneficial to the class environment. Was well behaved and worked well with others. Properly cleaned up after self. Used materials safely.

Student was cooperative and well behaved most of the time. May have forgotten to clean up after he/she was done working, but used materials in a safe manner.

Student was uncooperative and disruptive. Rarely, if ever, cleaned up after he/she was done working. Used materials in an unsafe and/or destructive manner.
