The student's worked together as a team to create a poster highlighting key places and people of Canada! They had to have 6 paragraphs and pictures showcasing great things about Canada. Thy were given 6 class periods to work on this project.

Visual How the Poster Looks!	Limited Project is incomplete and put together very hastily. Little to no information or pictures related to Canada. Labels unclear.	Adequate Project is incomplete but arranged with a little care. A bit of colour was used. Some information and pictures about Canada. A few items labelled.	Proficient Project is complete and arranged very nicely. Good amount of pictures and information about Canada. Color added to make it visually pleasing. Labels and/or captions are complete.	Exellent Project is complete and there are lots of pictures and extra information about Canada. Lots of visually pleasing displays and color. Labels and captions are effective.
Information Students were asked to have 6 paragraphs about Canada.	Limited Little to no relevant knowledge about Canada. 1-3 very short paragraphs.	Adequate A few relevant, knowledgeable paragraphs about Canada. 3- 5 short paragraphs.	Proficient A great display of relevant and knowledgeable paragraphs about Canada. 6 paragraphs.	Exellent A fantastic display of relevant, knowledgeable display of information about Canada. 7 0r more paragraphs.
Use of Time and Effort Given 6 class periods to complete this project.	Limited Students did not use time wisely and put in little effort to complete the assignment.	Adequate Students were sometimes off task and needed to be redirected back (5+ times). There was some effort to complete the assignment.	Proficient Students were on task and usually used the time they were given in class to complete the assignment with infrequent reminders. Great effort!	Exellent Students were on task and motivated to complete and add extra to their assignment. The effort is above and beyond what was asked of them.
Teamwork How did they work together?	Limited Maybe it is not a good idea for these students to work together in the future.	Adequate If they could manage to work on having more cooperation they could be a good team.	Proficient A good team who managed to work together successfully!	Exellent A match made in heaven! A solid team effort that produced great results!
