Work Ethic/Attitude	Poor Weak, needs improvement, not motivated to assist teacher or students	Fair Average in diligence, teacher often needs to remind tutor of role, attitude could use some improvement	Good Good attitude, needs minor prodding from teacher to assist, good attitude, willing to help, engaged in role as tutor	Excellent Outstanding, positive attitude, takes initiative to help teacher and students, very enthusiastic to assist, always engaged in helping others, is reliable, hard worker
