Report should include a colorful cover page with your name, the date, the title of the book, the author of the book, and an illustration and or picture. The first paragraph should include the title, author of the book, the genre, and a complete description of the main characters. Descriptive settings, a plot summary, and main events should be included. Why did you like or dislike the book? Would you recommend this book to others?

The information in the report does not relate to the book. The student is off topic in many places. The teacher is left wondering: What was the book about, and did the student actually read it?
Conclusion

Outstanding Work

Conclusion is well written. summarizing the main idea for your readers and tells the reader why he/she like and or disliked the book.
Good Work

Conclusion is written,summarizing the main idea for your readers. But lacks the reader summarizing the main idea. Lacks reader recommendation.
Acceptable Work

Conclusion is written but lacks any reference to the story. No reader recommendation.
Poor Work

Conclusion is not well written or completely left out.
