Product	Excellent A product was created/invented and created from scratch. There was no product like this already on the market.	Average The product was created. Although there was something on the market like our product, we adapted things to be different. Therefore, it was unique.	Needs Improvement Team created a product but it was already on the market, and there was nothing that was unique to it.	Below Expectations Team did not create a new product.
Brochure	Excellent All criteria was present: introduction, challenges, charts from surveys, what was learned. It also went beyond what was asked. (more information/background or animation than required)	Average Most criteria was present, but missed one or two elements. Did most of what was asked. Did not add anything extra such as backgrounds or animation.	Needs Improvement Missing several pieces of information/slides from the required criteria. No animation/bkgrounds.	Below Expectations No presentation was created.
Prototype	Excellent Created a prototype to be used in the presentation and commercial. Went beyond what was required.	Average Created a prototype. Was used in commercial but not presentation. OR was not used appropriately.	Needs Improvement Created a prototype but was not used effectively.	Below Expectations No prototype made.
Presentation	Excellent Presented with partner/individually on assigned day. Voice was loud enough to hear well, and eyes were on the people you were presenting to.	Average Presented on assigned day. Voice was good. Often looking at the screen while speaking. Actually reading off the screen.	Needs Improvement Did not speak during the presentation.	Below Expectations Did not give presentation to class.
