	Outstanding 4 pts	Good 3 pts	Poor 1 pts
Enthusiasm	Outstanding Facial expressions and body language generate a strong interest and enthusiasm about the topic in others.	Good Facial expressions and body language are used to try to generate enthusiasm, but seem somewhat faked.	Poor Student made no effor to show enthusiasm.
Preparation	Outstanding Student is completely prepared and has obviously rehearsed.	Good The student is somewhat prepared, but it is clear that rehearsal was lacking.	Poor Student does not seem at all prepared to present.
Speaks Clearly	Outstanding Speaks clearly and distinctly all (100-95%) the time, and mispronounces no words.	Good Speaks clearly and distinctly most ( 94-85%) of the time. Mispronounces no more than one word.	Poor Mostly mumbling, could not be heard by audience members. No effort to transfer information to audience.
Time - Limit	Outstanding Presentation is 3-2 minutes long.	Good Presentation is exceeded or less than 3 minutes long.	Poor Presentation is less than 1 minutes long OR more than 6 minutes long.
Questioning	Outstanding Question is inquiry-based, generates a quality discussion, and leads students to form questions of their own.	Good Question is inquiry based but falls short of generating a quality discussion.	Poor Question is not inquiry based and does not generate a quality discussion. Question lends itself to a yes/no answer.
