Introduction	Poor Total chaos! Forgot who you were pitching, what your initial purpose was, and downright couldn't introduce yourself in a proper manner	Fair Nervousness and/or confusion, not a clear hook to get me interested as an audience, but shows promise	Good Nice introduction, but showed some weakness (nervousness or confusion) that could be overcome with more practice	Excellent Great connection to audience (me) and smooth intro that showed a clear sense of comfortability
Understanding of Purpose	Poor Who am I pitching? What job is this? Basically you don't know why you're here, and you hope I don't remember your name!	Fair Slight understanding of your partner's role in the company, some trouble making your skills and qualifications sound appealing to your partner.	Good Great understanding of the person you're pitching, shows enthusiasm for the connection, but perhaps not quite ready to field any tough questions	Excellent Excellent preparedness, a real understanding of your partner's connection to the business and their role in hiring personnel!
Clarity of Purpose	Poor I wish this elevator was bigger! Get me out of here! Essentially, you know the info, but don't know how to express yourself as well as should.	Fair Decent sense of connection to partner throughout the time, but didn't make the best use of time and space for the task at hand.	Good Very intent on getting the job, but doesn't use the space and time quite so well. Perhaps your resume will speak a bit more specifically than you did!	Excellent Wonderful use of space and body language, understands why you're there and how to use the time to your advantage!
Closing	Poor Not the best departure. Perhaps we've overstayed our welcome, you've made it hard for interviewer to take you seriously	Fair Slightly awkward way to depart despite a good speech overall. Unsure of how to depart as well as you introduced, so perhaps you'd like to practice a bit more!	Good Professional and courteous, but maybe there's something missing! Memorable ending, or potentially flat?	Excellent Quick recap or note/line for lasting memory, excellent and professional interaction on departure
Organization	Poor Rambling all over the place with little to no coherent direction. There's a chance you've had too much/too little morning coffee!	Fair 2 of the typical 3 parts of conversation (Intro, discussion, conclusion) are fairly clear, but the 3rd is distracting as it falls apart.	Good Quite clear and well-organized, but maybe with some extra thought we would have said certain info at different moments in the speech	Excellent Very well managed information that rolled off the tongue and kept your partner interested from beginning to end.
Time/Length	Poor Way too short or long, 20 seconds or more	Fair Too long or short, 10-20 seconds	Good Pretty close to the 60 second mark, but maybe less banter or more info to reach a "healthy" 60 second mark	Excellent Pretty much spot on! No fluff or filler, and you utilized the time perfectly to your advantage!
