Fairy Tale- Creating a New Ending

Students will read a fairy tale and create a new ending for the fairy tale. Students have to write at least two paragraphs and no more than four paragraphs.

Basic The ending is different but had some of the same ideas of the ending already with the fairy tale.	Proficient The ending is different from the original story but there was no risk taken in the writing. There needed to be a catch to the ending.	Exceptional The ending is completely different and has a great twist that works great with the fairy tale.
