Attractiveness & Organization	Exceeds Standard The billboard has exceptionally attractive formatting and well-organized information. Graphics are colorful, detailed, neatly drawn & clearly related to the text. Text is bold, eye-catching, typed or NEATLY printed.	At Standard The billboard has attractive formatting and well-organized information. Graphics are colored, have some detail, nicely drawn and related to the text. Text is typed or hand written.	Approaching Standard The billboard has well organized information. Some graphics are colored, lacks needed detail, drawings are lacking effort & are sometimes related to the text. Text is is not typed properly or is written in a manner which is not appropriate for this assignment.	Not At Standard The billboards's formatting and organization of material are confusing to the reader. Graphics are missing or are not neatly drawn with detail. Text is missing and or is sloppy.
Graphics & Text	Exceeds Standard Graphics go well with the text and there is a proper balance of text and graphics.
