Bill of Rights Bill of Rights PowerQuest Students analyze their rights as listed in the Bill of Rights. They then choose one to discuss as important to their lives and write a clarification paper about it. Then the student will create a skit or visual presentation that demonstrates their comprehension of the right. These will be shared with their peers. Work in Progress Student shares information which shows evidence of understanding and attempts to discuss with the group	Standard Work Student discusses and shares information in the group with clear evidence to support his view.	Deluxe Work Student discusses and shares information in the group. The ideas are innovative and clearly reflect evidence of the material. Leads group but does not monopolize the group.
Assessment	Getting Started Student answers below 60% of questions.	Work in Progress Students answer 60% of the questions.	Standard Work Student answers 70% of the questions	Deluxe Work Student answers 80% of the questions
