Student needs work in 1-2 of these areas OR student needs to improve a little bit in all areas.
Poor

Student needs to improve in 3+ areas.
Audience/Movement

This measures the speakers ability to respond and react with the audience.

Good

Responds to audience, posture and body gestures are appropriate, facial expressions are appropriate, and student maintains eye contact with the audience.
Fair

Speaker needs work in an area OR student needs to improve in a little bit in all areas.
Poor

Speaker needs to improve in 2+ areas.
Content Portrayal
This section focuses on the actual content of the presentation.
Interest/Focus

Speaker maintains the topic of the presentation, and does not digress. Points presented are related to topic.

Good

Speaker is on topic, and points are presented in a way that maintain interest.
Fair

Speaker is generally on topic, but sometimes loses interest of audience OR speaker digresses 1-2 times, but keeps general interest of audience.
Poor

Speaker may or may not be on topic, but loses interest of audience, often OR speaker digresses 3+ times, and may or may not keep the interest of the audience.
