Table of Contents	Meeting Expectations All assignments/notes and any other material given in class are in ORDER and included on Table of Contents. All pages dated and numbered with proper heading and EQ.	Approaching Expectations All assignments/notes, and any other material given out in class are in the notebook. However, some of the assignments are not included on Table of Contents and/or pages are not dated and numbered or EQ is missing	Beginning to Meet Most assignments/notes and any other material given out in class are in the notebook, but some are missing OR Table of Contents is incomplete and/or page numbers and EQs are mostly missing	Not meeting Missing more than half of the assignments. The table may not exist or is mostly incomplete. Pages are not numbered.
