Good Resume is missing some information but contains most essential qualifications listed Resume must reflect what position you are applying for.	Fair Resume is missing 2 or more categories of information and / or qualifications *Resume must reflect what position you are applying for.	Poor Resume is missing 1 or more categories of information qualifications *Resume must reflect what position you are applying for.
Format 20 pts	Excellent Margin is flush and clean Individual points bulleted Categories well defined. Proper formatting for cover letter.
