Knowledge of Biography	Exceeds May have referred to notecards, but did not merely read from them.	Meets Knew the information, but needed to read from notecards some of the time.	Progessing Did not know the information very well. Read from note cards a lot.	Not Progressing Did not know information at all. Read directly off of cards.
Costume/Puppet	Exceeds Wore a costume/had a puppet that represented the famous person well.	Meets Wore a costume/had a puppet that represented the famous person.	Progessing Wore a costume/had a puppet, but didn't go with biography.	Not Progressing Wore only part of a costume. Only partially went with biography.
Content	Exceeds Spoke on topic the whole time. Provided three details on childhood, three details on adult life, and what he/she will be remembered for.	Meets Spoke about most of the person's life, but left out one or two key facts.	Progessing Spoke about some of the person's life, but the account was not accurate.	Not Progressing Did not have a factual speech. Not prepared to participate.
Interesting	Exceeds Very Interesting. Effective costume, interesting speech, intriguing writing.	Meets Somewhat interesting. Tried to be authentic to person or time period. Writing may have been a tad bland.	Progessing Very little creativity went into the presentaion. Not very authentic representation of person.	Not Progressing Not creative. Not authentic.
