Tessellation Project 
Students will learn about tessellations and the types of tessellations that have been created. Students will then create their own tessellation using their chosen shape and transformations to create a consistent pattern.

Minimal use of the colour wheel to represent a coloured pattern. The repeated shape/design included a light outline.
Level 3

Some use of the colour wheel to represent a coloured pattern. The repeated shape/design was somewhat outlined.

Excellent use of the colour wheel to represent a coloured pattern. The repeated shape/design was clearly outlined in black to clearly represent every tessellation.
