Creativity/Originality	Dishwasher Plain, didn't try to explore Province specific possibilities.	Apprentice Chinese Cook The dish was not unique enough to their Chinese Province.	Chinese Cook Clearly is a dish identified to their Chinese Province.	Assistant to Master Chef- Erchu Province dish represented spices that are unique to the dishes of that Province.	Master chef - Zachu Province dish represented spices that were unique to the dishes of their Provinces, as well as used a method for cooking that is unique to that Province.
Presentation	Dishwasher Put together quick and sloppy.	Apprentice Chinese Cook Plated - OK	Chinese Cook Plated good - decorated nicely.	Assistant to Master Chef- Erchu Plated Very Well - Good presentation with colourful decorations.	Master chef - Zachu Excellently Plated- Excellent decoration with a unique Province touch.
Cooperation between members	Dishwasher Little or no coordination between class members.	Apprentice Chinese Cook Some coordination is visible between the class members.	Chinese Cook Good coordination between most of the class members.	Assistant to Master Chef- Erchu Good classroom cooperative effort, all members were engaged.	Master chef - Zachu Very well coordinated class effort.
Taste	Dishwasher Not edible- needs work!	Apprentice Chinese Cook Average- it was ok but could have been better.	Chinese Cook Good Flavour- well cooked.	Assistant to Master Chef- Erchu Good balance of flavour.	Master chef - Zachu Excellent Flavour - very well cooked.
Recipe Following	Dishwasher Recipe given to the judges but it was evident that it was not used to make the dish being judged.	Apprentice Chinese Cook Recipe given to the judges appeared to have been used but lacked some of the ingredients listed in the recipe.	Chinese Cook Recipe given to the judges appeared to have been used and all of the ingredients were included producing an OK dish.	Assistant to Master Chef- Erchu Recipe given to the judges appeared to have been used and it appears that all of the ingredients were included and the dish had an overall good outcome.	Master chef - Zachu Recipe given to the judges appeared to have been used and it appears that all of the ingredients were included and the dish had an overall excellent outcome.
