Create a color wheel from an original photo. Using magic wand, marquee or quick selection tool, make a selection of photo that can be copied and pasted 12 times. Using layers, move the selections around center of image to create a circle. Change each selection to reflect a color from the color wheel. Size and place all 12 images around center of original photo. Desaturate the background original photo to appear black and white.
