Needs minimal supervision. Follows instruction. Takes some notes during instruction. Good self motivation.

Needs minimal encouragement to follow direction. Shows minimal self motivation.
LITTLE EFFORT / LITTLE FOCUS

Needs a disproportionate amount of the teachers time to follow instruction. Shows a hard time staying self motivated.
NO EFFORT / LACKING FOCUS

Unable to work with out continous direction from teacher to stay on task. Not following instruction well.
