Productivity/On-task	Proficient Student was on-task and worked productively during class.	Good Student was mostly on-task and worked productively during class.	Fair Student was mostly off-task and unproductive during class.	Poor Student was not on-task nor productive during class.
Level of Engagement in Class	Proficient Student proactively contributed to class by offering ideas and frequently asking questions.	Good Student proactively contributed to class by offering ideas and asking questions.	Fair Student rarely contributed to class by offering ideas and asking questions.	Poor Student did not contribute to class by offering ideas and asking questions.
Listening Skills	Proficient Student listened when others talked and did not display disruptive behavior during class.	Good Student listened most of the time when others talked and rarely displayed disruptive behavior during class.	Fair Student did not listen when others talked and occasionally displayed disruptive behavior during class.	Poor Student did not listen when others talked and often interrupted others while speaking. Student frequently displayed disruptive behavior during class.
Preparation	Proficient Student was prepared for class with assignments and suggested class materials.	Good Student was mostly prepared for class with assignments and suggested class materials.	Fair Student was mostly not prepared for class with assignments and suggested class materials.	Poor Student was not prepared for class with assignments and suggested class materials.
