Personal Fitness Workout (ChatGPT)
Students are to create a workout plan using ChatGPT with their group based upon the different workouts we have studied. The workout must include a warm-up, exercise session, and cool down. They will then create a graphic using displaying their workout to make it more visually appealing. The workout must be 30-40 minutes long and must be submitted the week before the exercise session.
