Technology	Poor Technology is not found to be important.	Fair Technology is provided to those who are intested or seek it themselves.	Good Technology is provided to the staff in a manner that assists all levels.
Test Scores	Poor Administration seeks no concern with test scores or their only concern is with test scores.	Fair Administration works with the staff to improve test scores.	Good Administration uses test scores to assist teachers but not to hinder their main purpose to educate the youth.

Fair The administration chnages when it is relative to what the state or district is doing.	Good Administration changes when there is clear indication that something is not working.
