Personal Fitness Workout Final 
Students are to create their own workout or find an online workout based upon the different workouts we have studied. The workout must include a warm-up, exercise session, and cool down. The workout must get you 5 minutes in gray or blue and 20 minutes in green or up. The workout must be at least 30 minutes long.
