Mostly good left hand shape and intonation. Fingertips somewhat square. Not enough pressure to create clean sounding note.

Excellent, relaxed left hand shape and great intonation. Successful tunnels. Pushing from the fingertip, creating nice squares with knuckles.

No ringing tones. Playing is tentative with a weak sound. Bow hold needs improvement. Needs individual attention.

Some ringing tones. Playing is somewhat secure with a somewhat weak sound. Bow contact point is not consistent. Bow hold needs improvement.
Meeting
Most ringing tones. Playing is fairly confident with a somewhat strong sound. Bow is usually straight and on the highway. Bow hold is mostly correct but may be slightly tight.
Exceeding
Excellent ringing notes. Playing is very confident with a strong sound. Bow is straight and on the highway. Bow hold is correct and relaxed.
