DPA Presentation 
Students deliver a DPA session to a class in an active session. Students will lead appropriate warm up, peak workout and cool down to their audience and will encourage participants to safely perform to the best of their ability. Delivery of the DPA session is expected to be motivational, energetic, well-prepared and fun. Students who are leading the session will be assessed on the following criteria:

Student made little to no effort to show enthusiasm.
Preparation

Outstanding

Student is completely prepared and has obviously rehearsed.
Very Good

Student seems pretty prepared but might have needed a couple more rehearsals.
Good

The student is somewhat prepared, but it is clear that rehearsal was lacking.
Poor

It is clear that both preparation and rehearsal were lacking as the student does not seem at all prepared to present.
Explanation of Exercise

Outstanding

Speaks clearly and distinctly and looks into the audience. The explanation is clear, concise and very easy to understand.
Very Good

Speaks clearly but mumbles some words. Rarely looks into audience. The explanation is mostly clear and most can understand.
Good

Speaks low and mumbles several words. Rarely looks up. The explanation is somewhat clear but only some can understand.
Poor

Often mumbles or can not be understood, never looks up. The explanation is not very clear and most can't understand. NO real effort has been made to transfer information clearly to the audience.
Effectiveness of Demonstration

Outstanding

Very organized (equipment set up etc.). There is a great demonstration of the exercise accompanying the explanation.
Very Good

Very organized (equipment set up etc.). There is a good demonstration of the exercise accompanying the explanation.
Good

Fairly organized (equipment set up etc.). There is a fair demonstration of the drill/game accompanying the explanation.
Poor

Fairly organized (equipment set up etc.). There is demonstration of the exercise accompanying the explanation but it is incorrect.
