Notebook is neat, organized, and contains all dates & titles underlined, page numbers, no blank or skipped pages, questions clearly answered, writing on the lines, good hand-printing, effort was made	ACCOMPLISHED/Good Job! Notebook is organized, numbered, and in good condition, and contains all sections with a few missing dates, titles, and/or standards or it is out of order.	DEVELOPING Needs more effort Notebook is messy, but contains all sections with many missing titles, dates, and/or standards or it is out of order.	Needs Improvement Notebook is not organized and contains missing sections and papers are not in order.
