My Life In Time

Students create a visual history of their birthday for their entire life (existence timeline). Find multiple key events for each year of your life. Students need a minimum of TEN events. Students need credible sources (8/9s need a min. of FIVE).

Content	Poor Lacks relevant information and enough events to acceptably present the existence timeline.	Fair Lacks a few events or may not have fully developed all the events.	Acceptable Has most of the event necessary to show an accurate timeline with mostly relevant information.	Good Has events for each birthday that are fully developed.	Mastery Has multiple events each birthday over their lifetime that are filled with relevant content that is interesting, engaging, and articulate.
Organization	Poor Uninteresting or illogical organization. Does not transition appropriately from one event to another.	Fair Organization seems haphazard and underdeveloped. The sequence of events needs more work.	Acceptable Each event has some logical organization and is purposeful. Transitions may not be very engaging.	Good All events work in harmony in a simple, thoughtful way.	Mastery Each event is thoughtful and logically sequenced with appropriate transitions and a progression that fully engages the audience.
Visual	Poor Uncreative, sloppy, and poorly conceived.	Fair Little effort displayed.	Acceptable Creative and clean presentation.	Good Creative, clean, appropriate, original, with much effort put in.	Mastery Creative, clean, original, and thoughtful. Each event flows seamlessly together as a work of art.
Sources	Poor Lacks resources.	Fair Resources are not clear or are inappropriate.	Acceptable Sources are present and mostly credible.	Good All sources are credible.	Mastery Has an extensive body of credible sources relevant to the project.
