Following Directions	Excellent Student follows all directions immediately.	Good Student follows directions, but occasionally takes a while to get started.	Fair Student has to be reminded of directions before he/she can begin.	Poor Student continually has difficulty following directions without the help of others.
Job Completion	Excellent Student completes his/her work in a quiet manner and stays on task at all times.	Good Student completes his/her work and stays on task most of the time.	Fair Student needs help to complete assignments or stay on task.	Poor Student does not complete assignments in a timely manner and has difficulty staying on task.
Respect of Others	Excellent Student always respects other's space. Never bothers others.	Good Student usally respects other's space. Rarely bothers others.	Fair Student sometimes has trouble respecting others' space. Sometimes bothers others while they are working or reading.	Poor Student has trouble respecting others' space. Usually bothers others while they are working or reading.
Organization	Excellent Student is always prepared and organized for what is needed in class.	Good Student is usually prepared and organized for class.	Fair Student has had difficulty getting prepared and organized for class.	Poor Student does not prepare or come to class organized.
