Unsolved Mysteries Task Three Project 
Design a multimedia project of your choice that: •uses used appropriate technology for the assignment •includes research to find information or data •includes a presentation of information in video, images, and audio. When selecting a presentation design, keep in mind the due date for outline or script and how well your topic can inform and address all areas of the rubric.

Students have SOLVED the mystery that others have not been able to. Student provides a sound theory and research to back up this theory.

Students used appropriate technology for the assignment but did not take advantage of creative and effective tools available.
Fair

Students used used appropriate technology for the assignment to display data and research. Students did not present data or research in the best format to show results.
Good

Students made full use of appropriate technology for the assignment and its capabilities as needed to display data and research. Use of multimedia was not a distraction but an aide in the presentation of data.
Research and Data

Poor

Research was sparse. Data found was borrowed or irrelevant to topic.
Fair

Students performed research and presented data. Not all data was displayed in the most proper format. Sources perhaps were not all credible or well documented. Students attempted to answer all of the 5 W's.
Good

Research and data was thorough and cohesive. Data was processed and displayed in graphs or charts as raw data was processed. Sources included are credible and documented. Students answered all the 5 W's.
Presentation

Poor

Presentation was not complete nor thorough. Students did not offer a plausible solution for their mystery, nor were they knowledgeable about their topic for questioning.
Fair

Presentation was complete and students revealed the answer to their mystery. Presentation could have been more thorough and students could have been more knowledgeable.
Good

Presentation was clear and thorough, students revealed the solution to their mystery, and were able to answer questions about it.
