State Report: Final Project Students will hand in a final State Project that includes: Cover Page, State Flag Drawing, Report, State Bird/Tree/Plant Drawing, and State Map Drawing.

Cover Page 15 %	Excellent Includes at least one picture that represents the state. Must be labeled correctly (see example handout). Cover page is neat and not too busy.
