Organization	Excellent Binder is organized into subjects. All work is neatly filed in it's appropriate section in order.	Great Binder is organized into subjects. Most of the work is placed in designated sections.	Good Binder is organized in the correct order somewhat.	Poor Binder is not organized in the order specified.
Neatness	Excellent Binder is exceptionally neat, with no loose pages.	Great Binder is tidy. A few loose pages in pockets.	Good Binder is somewhat neat. Many loose pages in pockets and otherwise.	Poor Binder appears messy (loose pages, unrelated items. etc.)
Completeness	Excellent Binder has all the prescribed tabs/dividers neatly labeled.	Great Binder is missing very few tabs/dividers. Tabs are neatly labeled.	Good Binder is missing several tabs/dividers.	Poor Binder is missing most tabs/dividers.
Outward Appearance	Excellent Binder has been well maintained. Name is clearly visible on the binder.	Great Binder has been maintained. Name is found on the binder.
