No grammatical errors at all.Although there might be some errors from higher levels. All the vocabulary is correctly used ;relevant and specific of the topic.
Pronunciation

The pronunciation of words is in keeping with the level intended.

Poor

Hard to hear or understand. Words are misspronounced.
Fair

Generally understandable.Can say most of the words correctly.
Good

Pronunciation is excellent although there might be some mistakes on words from higher levels.
Timing of the presentation

The most relevant info has to be relayed in a time slot of 15 minutes.

Poor

Way too long or way too short (under 5 minutes or longer than 20 minutes)
Fair

Stays roughly within the time frame (15 minutes or longer).
Good

The timing is perfect. (15 minutes )
Fluency

The ability to express oneself easily and articulately.

Poor

Fluency is very poor. Speaker gets stuck for words many times. The speech does not flow smoothly.
Fair

Fluency is average for the intended level although speaker might get stuck for words on one or two occasions.
Good

Fluency is perfect for the level or even exceeds expectations.
