Self-Regulation/Coping	1 Student does not attempt to use a coping strategy when feeling dysregulated	2 Student requires adult prompting to use a coping strategy or uses strategies that are ineffective	3 Student begins to use coping strategies independently when feeling dysregulated but requires adult prompting for consistency and appropriateness	4 Student can independently identify and implement 3 or more coping strategies when they are feeling dyregulated	5 Student can identify triggers that may cause them to be dysregulated and proactively use a coping skill to remain regulated in class.
Executive Functioning/Focus	1 Student does not attempt to keep up pace of assigned work.
