Materials	Advanced Brings all necessary materials to class plus additional learning aides.	Proficient Brings all necessary materials to class everyday.	Developing Brings some of the necessary materials to class each day.	Limited Rarely brings necessary materials to class.
Organization	Advanced Materials are complete, neatly organized, well maintained, and modified to assist in learning.	Proficient Materials are complete, neatly organized and well maintained.	Developing Materials are complete but not neatly organized or well maintained.	Limited Materials are incomplete or disorganized.
Note taking	Advanced Copies notes, and reorganizes materials to assist in learning.	Proficient Takes notes in class.	Developing Notes are incomplete or not thorough enough to aid in learning.	Limited Notes are incomplete or not taken.
Work Habits	Advanced Works until the end of class, will remain after class to finish work, or takes work home.	Proficient Works independently throughout class.	Developing Works well with occasional redirection and prompting but attempts to socialize during class time.	Limited Works only as long as teacher is involved. Lack of student engagement.
