Content Spontaneity	Excellent Responds to unrehearsed comments, questions on familiar topics; asks a variety of questions and uses expressive reactions.	Meets Expectations Is unsure and doesn't display much confidence when replying to questions. Asks few follow-up questions and uses some expressive reactions.	Needs Work Does not display any confidence and is unable to answer questions. Responses may be innapropriate to the question.
Accuracy Ease	Excellent Creates with both familiar and new language; presents thoughts and ideas with some pauses and hesitations; errors may occur but do not interfere with communications.
