BROCHURE	EXCELLENT The brochure displays five categories of information about the state's region that is accurate, contains no spelling errors, pictures are attractive and well distributed, and display all states within the region.	PROFICIENT The brochure displays at least 3-4 categories of information about the region that is accurate, contains 1-2 spelling errors, pictures are fairly attractive and distributed, and display most of the states within the region.	NEEDS IMPROVMENT The poster displays at least 1-2 categories of information about the state's region that is accurate, contains more than 2 spelling errors, pictures are not attractive and distributed, AND at least 1-2 state displayed within region	POOR information about the state's region that is inaccurate, or incomplete contains many spelling errors, pictures are not attractive and distributed, and does not have any states displayed within region
