This rubric will be used to score student projects based on their independent and partner. The students' grade will be a combination of their partner activity and their independent activity.

Collection of Data	Excellent Three out of the six sampling methods were performed and data was collected.	Good Two out of the six sampling methods were performed and data was collected.	Fair One out of the six sampling methods were performed and data was collected.
Organization of Data	Excellent The data is readable, clean, neat and attractive. It is free of erasures and crossed-out words. It looks like the group took great pride in it.	Good The data is readable, neat and attractive. It may have one or two erasures, but they are not distracting. It looks like the group took some pride in it.	Fair The data is not very neat or attractive. It looks like the group just wanted to get it done and didn't care what it looked like.
Group Dynamics	Excellent Everyone was true to their "duties". Group members were considerate of each other.	Good The group usually listens to, shares with, and supports the efforts of each other. Focuses on the task and what needs to be done most of the time.	Fair Group moral was low and members were off task most of the time.
Independent Probability Exercise	Excellent The student used a tree diagram, area model or list to discover correct # of outfits.	Good The student used a guess and check style experiment, but still got the correct # of outfits.	Fair The student did not use any type of outcome model, and did not get the correct answer.
