Design	Poor Student did not follow original design at all.	Fair Student kept mostly to design a couple changes were made.	Good Students project was built to size of design that was drawn.
Design Brief	Poor Student did not follow design brief.	Fair Student used some element of design brief.	Good Student strictly adhered to the design brief.
Tool Skills	Poor Student did not put any effort into the project and tool use was very minimal.	Fair Student attempted to complete project using a variety of hand tools and machines.	Good Student did an excellent job using a variety of hand tools and machines to complete the project.
Function	Poor Student's catapult did not work at all and was missing key requirements.	Fair Student's catapult worked but was inacurate and /or lacked some of the requirements.	Good Student's catapult shot at least ten feet accurately and had a trigger mechanism.
