When writing your constructive response answers, this is the rubric that will be used. Each answer is worth 20 points for a total of 100 points.

Grammar & Spelling 1 pts Students need to demonstrate proper grammatical skills in writing exams.	1 ( x 1 pts) Paragraph has six or more grammatical and spelling errors.	2 ( x 1 pts) Paragraph has four to five grammatical and/or spelling errors.	3 ( x 1 pts) Paragraph has two to three grammatical and/or spelling errors.	4 ( x 1 pts) Paragraph has one or less grammatical and/or spelling errors.
Content 3 pts The content of the paragraph must answer the question and demonstrate both breadth and depth.	1 ( x 3 pts) Question was incorrect or was not fully addressed in answer. Did not provide any details.	2 ( x 3 pts) Question was addressed but did not have elaboration and/or specific details.	3 ( x 3 pts) Question was addressed. Some elaboration and/or specific details were provided.	4 ( x 3 pts) Question was answered correctly. Sentences provided full details and explanations, demonstrating both depth and breadth.
Vocabulary Use 1 pts Students must be able to establish and correctly use all pertinent vocaulary terms.	1 ( x 1 pts) Paragraph does not use any pertinent vocabulary terms.	2 ( x 1 pts) Paragraph correctly uses a few pertinent vocbulary terms.	3 ( x 1 pts) Paragraph correctly uses and shows mastery of some pertinent vocabulary terms.	4 ( x 1 pts) Paragraph correctly uses and shows mastery of all pertinent vocabulary terms.
