Participation	Poor Student does not ask any questions and does not respond to any questions	Fair Student sometimes asks questions and answers questions about the text or material	Good Student asks appropriate questions and is able to critically think and ask questions that can relate to their business.
Attendance	Poor Student has missed over 5 class days.	Fair Student has missed 3-4 class days.	Good Student has not missed more than 2 days
Timeliness	Poor Student is always late in handing assignments and is late in coming to class	Fair Student is late to class somewhat regularly during the semester.	Good Student hands in work on time and never late to class.
English Usage	Poor Student is always using the mother tongue to communicate.	Fair Student uses English most often, and sometimes uses the mother tongue when does not know how to say the word in English.	Good Student is always using English to communicate, using different strategies to communicate in English instead of using mother tongue.
Task Given	Poor Student never delivers an assignment.	Fair Student delivers the assignments but not on the proper time, sometimes late on delivering it.	Good Student delivers the assignment on proper time.
Organization Skills	Poor Student lacks organization at home, without getting ready for class. Student has a disorganized study space.	Fair Student gets ready for the classes on the previous day, but lacks in organizing himself/herself with school materials.	Good Student gets ready for classes in advance, set all the materials in a organized way. Tidy study space.
Listening Skills	Poor Student never listens to the teacher and other classmates. Student is always chatting with others and miss the teacher explanation.	Fair Student has a good listening skill but sometimes misses what the teacher has said because of out-of-time conversations.	Good Student is always listening when teacher or classmates are talking. Student knows the proper time to speak.
