	Beginning 1 pts	Approaching 2 pts	Meeting 3 pts	Exceeding 4 pts
Size and proportions	Beginning Bones are not proportional; It is hard to know what is represented. Several anatomically incorrect sections are present.	Approaching Life size; Bones within each section are somewhat proportional but there are a few parts that are anatomically incorrect. Two or more sections do not match seamlessly	Meeting Life size; Bones are proportional to one another within each section, only 3 sections match seamlessly.	Exceeding Life size (5-6 ft) Entire skeleton is proportional. All 4 sections have the same proportions and match seamlessly.
Overall Construction	Beginning Little effort demonstrated; project is incomplete in several areas. No color used and majority of bones are either not labeled or incorrect.	Approaching Average product with two colors or less. Labeling is somewhat difficult to read. Several mistakes noted.	Meeting Fairly neat and somewhat organized. Some effort noted in the making of the project. Minimal mistakes. Three or more colors used and a majority of bones are labeled and easy to read.	Exceeding Aesthetically a beautiful, polished and finished product. Uses more than 4 colors and all labels are easy to read
